Doctoral student Zaid Talal Al-Nadawy was able to achieve the scientific title (P.h.D.) with a degree of (very good) after a public discussion at the grand hall in Aalborg Academy of Science/Kansas State University. During which he aptly defended and starred for his thesis, which titled ((Ahmed Ben Fadlan, poet, traveler, philosopher, and Islamic thinker).
Zaid al-Nadawi was able to answer the questions and queries about his thesis, and to listen carefully to the observations and proposals of the Chairman and members of the Committee, promising to take them into account in the final construction of the thesis.
After the announcement of the result (very good), Dr. Zeid thanked the scientific supervisor of his thesis, praising his efforts and his assistance and guidance to the sources taking the thesis to the desired level.
He also thanked the Chairman and members of the Committee of the public discussion, which had been composed of:
- Prof. Dr. Ike Ihie, President, and Representative of the Kansas State University.
- Dr. Imad Khamis / Member of the Kansas State University.
- Dr. Haider Abdul Karim / Member.
On the other hand, the professor supervising the thesis praised the student’s efforts to achieve success and blessed Dr. Zaid for achieving his desired goal and for achieving this result.
The discussion was in English. It came after the academy’s culmination of its scientific career, with the recent signing of the Partnership and twinning agreement with the American Kansas State University.
