Prof. Dr. Mazen Al Ramadani

Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences at Aalborg Academy of Science holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Baghdad and holds a master’s degree and doctorate from the German University of Freiburg.
He held several high-level scientific posts such as founder and Dean of the Faculty of Political Science of Nahrain University, the head of the Department of International Studies at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Baghdad, the president of the Iraqi Political Science Society and the editor of scientific periodicals.
He received several honours, such as the first professor at the University of Baghdad and the world of Iraq in the specialization of politics and published more than 200 scientific articles. He has 4 printed books in addition to more than 200 published scientific research.

Introduction

In an ever-changing world ‘ characterized by a high degree of complexity and uncertainty ‘, the scientific recognition of variables influencing the present world’s industry as well as their possible and potential futures presents a necessity for every human being who aspires to be effective and influential in the process of elevating his or her society.

The Faculty of Political Science at the Academy offers the opportunity to qualify such a human being scientifically. It looks forward to the preparation of precise and deep-ranging competences in a world-wide knowledge and academic field which is the field of politic science of its various disciplines.

The way to do so lies in the introduction of a three-year, nine-semester science programme. To give the student a bachelor’s degree in political science.

The college also offers the opportunity for bachelor’s degree holders in political science to apply for a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in politics in the disciplines of international policy, Public policy or strategic policy, or future studies.

The student’s admission to the college requires that the student has to meet the conditions declared for admission to Aalborg Academy of Science, therefore we welcome every student who wants to learn in college ‘ whose values lie in creativity, excellence, and bias to the future in addition to scaling up to the challenges of the twenty-first century .

Vision:

Excellence and creativity in the achieving the needs of the field (market) of scientific qualifiers (human resources) in political science at the national and international level.

Mission:

Continuous improvement of the study (educational process) in all sections of the college through the application of modern political science theories to support the vision of the college and the achievement of the goals.

Objectives:

  1. Preparation of cadres specializing in political science capable of academic educational work, with the ability to work in the field of specialization.
  2. Preparing specialists for diplomatic work, universities and organizations in the field of public relations.
  3. Prepare a person who is biased to the future and able to watch.
  4. Providing political consultancies to the government departments in all areas related to the political process and the development of civil society institutions to contribute to the building of society.
